A pair of antique European pine bedside cupboards dating from the early 20th century, each with a single drawer above a cupboard door, fitted with turned wooden knobs. A married pair rather than an identical set, one is taller with a full cupboard below the drawer, the other slightly lower with an open shaped shelf above the cupboard door.
Similar in style, colour, timber and period, they work well as a lovely pair. Dovetailed drawer construction. Warm, honey pine with good visible grain to the door panels, typical of European pine furniture from this period. Some historic woodworm to both which is common from pieces of this period and origin, but in overall great condition with plenty of character.
