A charming Victorian pine dresser dating from around 1880–1890, beautifully restored and full of rustic country character.
This lovely piece features a two-door cupboard base with a shelved interior, and its original open shelved dresser top, finished with a decorative scalloped cornice typical of Victorian farmhouse furniture. Constructed in solid pine with wonderful natural grain, knots, historic woodworm, and aged patina throughout, it retains the warmth and character only genuine antique pine can offer. It still retains its original, working key. Lovely tactile wear to the dresser top, from years of endless use.
It still retains its original iron Baldwin hinges and traditional panelled doors, while its simple proportions make it both practical and versatile for modern interiors.

A lovely, late 19th century Central or Eastern European stripped pine cupboard, constructed from pine throughout. The piece features two drawers with old pressed steel cup pulls, raised panel doors with their original cast iron knobs, escutcheons and working key, with a low gallery rail running along the back of the top.
It has a wonderful warmth to the colour throughout, the natural pine grain showing a pleasing variation of honey gold and deeper tones, with the inevitable nicks, marks and wear of a long working life only adding to its rustic, country charm. It has been cut at both sides at some point to make it fit into a smaller space. A versatile piece that would work well as a sideboard, kitchen dresser base, bathroom vanity unit, or hallway storage cupboard.

A beautiful large Victorian pine chest of drawers dating from around 1890, retaining its original oxidised red painted finish and wonderful untouched character throughout.
This charming country piece features two short over three long graduated drawers, raised on turned bun feet and fitted with its original mother-of-pearl inset knobs. The richly aged red paint has developed a deep, warm patina over time, with layers of wear and surface texture that only genuine antique painted furniture can achieve. The drawers run very well for an antique pine chest, and the piece is solid and sturdy throughout.
Simple in form yet full of character, the chest offers generous storage while working equally well within both traditional and contemporary interiors. Ideal for an authentic, period interior.
