Furniture purchases If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of the delivery or collection date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it left us — with no additional damage beyond normal handling. As all our pieces are antique, pre-existing age-related wear and character marks are expected and do not affect your eligibility for a return.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Please note:

  • Items returned after 30 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund

  • Items that have been damaged after leaving our possession will not be eligible for a refund

  • Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was significantly not as described

Restoration work As restoration work is carried out by hand on a bespoke, per-piece basis, we are unable to offer refunds once work has been completed. If you have any concerns about the work carried out, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your piece and we will do our best to resolve it.
