We've restored this chest, new handles and feet fitted, minor repairs carried out where needed, then stripped back and waxed to bring out the pine's natural colour.
There's a faint ghosted motif on the two bottom drawer fronts, a little leftover shadow from an old painted decoration, a nice charming touch of its history. It has plenty of character including historic woodworm, marks, and bumps but all in good order.
Sound, solid, and ready to go straight into a home.
