A fantastic late 19th century Victorian pine cupboard with a wonderfully practical interior, split between three shelves on one side and a full-height hanging rail on the other, making it as useful today as it ever was. The doors feature a classic two-panel construction with a keyhole escutcheon, and the piece is topped with a handsome cornice. It sits on a later-added pine plinth base, solid and secure. Screws are visible from the inside into big wooden blocks. As you would expect from a piece of this age it carries an honest patina with the usual battle scars, historic woodworm and charm but it has stood the test of time well and is full of character.
