Of full-width three-drawer construction, it stands handsomely on its original bracket feet with later but correct turned wooden knob handles and keyholes. A wonderful warm, honeyed colour with attractive figuring and knots throughout. As you would expect from a piece of this age it carries an honest patina, historic woodworm, old repairs and the plenty of battle scars, all of which speak to its long and well-lived life.
