We are a family operated business located in Salem, OR. Since our store has opened its doors 10 years ago we have expanded to provide our customers with one of the largest selections of furniture online. We work with some of the top furniture manufacturers which allows us to offer quality furniture to fit any budget.

How do I pay by check?

How will my furniture ship?

Bring It Home Furniture partners with most major freight companies.  Most large orders are shipped shrink wrapped on a pallet. Smaller orders may be shipped via FedEx.

Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

It is possible to ship to APO/FPO addresses however there may be an extra freight fee.

Do you ship to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska?

Bring It Home Furniture does offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska, however there is an extra charge for those shipments. Please contact us at sales@bringithomefurniture.com for a shipping quote.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?

Bring It Home Furniture retail partners warrant all merchandise we sell to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least one year from the date of delivery, to the original purchaser and original delivery address.

The basic warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence or accident, has been relocated, repaired or tampered with, was sold "as is", or is used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness or any damage caused by cleaning processes.

For additional piece of mind customers may purchase an additional warranty thru Montage Furniture Services (MFS) Protection Plan. Please visit www.montagefs.com/ for additional information.

Please note that many manufacturers offer separate warranties on their products. For more information, please refer to any warranty tags that come with the merchandise.

What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

Bring it Home Furniture offers no hassle damage policy, if damage is noted on the BOL customer may refuse merchandise delivery, replacement part(s) may be mailed at no additional cost or a professional furniture repair technician may be provided to complete repair on the broken furniture. All of the merchandise is inspected before shipment by our trusted manufactures (if the furniture is drop shipped) or by Bring It Home Furniture warehouse staff to ensure that there is no damage.  In a rare occurrence if an o order is delivered to a customer’s home with damage and nothing has been noted on the BOL Bring It Home Furniture WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. We will attempt our best to accommodate the customer, however once the customer signs for merchandise the customer has claimed responsibility for the delivered furniture and acknowledges that received goods are in GOOD CONDITION; therefore Bring It Home Furniture is no longer responsible for the damage. 

OUR CANCELTAION/RETURN POLICY

Cancellation before Delivery

To cancel an order, simply e-mail sales@bringithomefurniture.com. If the credit card has been already charged, a company refund check will be mailed to the billing address. In some cases a restocking fee and delivery fees may apply if the order has been prepared for shipment or if it has been picked up for delivery. The restocking fee is usually 25% of the total purchase price.

No Hassle Returns After Delivery

All items are subject to our return policy in which the costumer is responsible for round trip freight for any furniture that has already been shipped/produced and up to 25% restocking fee. On free shipping items the customer will be charged for all shipping costs incurred by Bring It Home Furniture. All returns must be in their original packaging, Bring It Home Furniture cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the date of delivery. Your refund will be processed once Bring It Home Furniture receives the returned item.
